We always ship in the least expensive manner as some of the items can be shipped in smaller packages or envelopes. Orders are filled in 1-2 business days.

MyRelaxationCenter.com’s customer satisfaction guarantee allows you to evaluate your purchase for up to 30 days. If you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of the product, you can return your purchase to receive a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges. (Sorry, but returns are not possible for digital downloads of audio tracks.)

To receive your refund, simply return the product to our customer service center (My Relaxation Center, 2987 Durham Rd., Green Bay, WI 54311). Please include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number to ensure we apply your refund correctly, and a brief note explaining the reason for the return.

MyRelaxationCenter.com will issue a refund check or credit card refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise, as long as the return qualifies for a refund in accordance with the conditions specified in this Satisfaction Guarantee. If the returned merchandise does not qualify for a refund, then our customer service center will attempt to notify you of what additional steps may qualify the return for a refund.

In the event our product is damaged during shipment to the customer, MyRelaxationCenter.com will ship a replacement at no additional charge, providing the customer notifies our customer service center within 10 business days of receiving it.
