Add concentrate to Massage Oil for an aromatic and therapeutic treat that will relax muscles from aching and promote relaxation. Spritz a bit on a tissue and slowly inhale or add several drops of the concentrate to your diffuser as needed.

The 30ml blue Spritzer (1 oz) offer a 3% dilution of blended Essential Oils in distilled water. After gently shaking, spray 1 or 2 'spritzes' on your Mother Earth Pillow (after it is removed from the microwave,), linens, clothing, air of your office or small room to offer for a lingering touch of Aromatherapy. These Essential Oils are not 'oily' in nature, so will not stain your pillows.
