German Chamomile is an annual flower native to Europe and Asia and it has been successfully introduced to temperate regions throughout the world. This herb is used as a soothing tea, in shampoos and conditioners for light colored hair, in skin care creams and lotions and relaxing bath blends. Directions: To use as a tea, pour 1 cup boiling water over 2 tsp. of herb, cover and steep 3-5 minutes. Suggested Uses: Chamomile can be used in both teas and potpourris.
