This easy-to-follow vinyasa (flowing posture sequence) yoga program is meant for all levels of practice. The 52-minute DVD includes a warm-up sequence of poses followed by sun salutations, standing poses, back bends, hip openers, and forward folds. It finishes with a shoulder stand, fish pose and a guided savasana (relaxation period). This DVD provides a well balanced hatha yoga practice for everyone.
